Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement applies when you join, access, or use the Kairaxis affiliate programme. It is part of the Terms of Service and should be read with the Privacy Policy. By creating an affiliate account or sharing an affiliate link, you agree to these terms.

You must be legally able to contract, provide accurate account, identity, tax, and payout information when requested, and remain in good standing. Participation is discretionary; Kairaxis may approve, reject, limit, suspend, or end participation to protect users, publishers, payment systems, marketplace integrity, or legal compliance.

• You act as an independent promoter, not an employee, partner, agent, franchisee, or representative of Kairaxis or a publisher.
• You have no authority to bind Kairaxis or a publisher, change product terms, promise support, or make commitments on another party’s behalf.
• One person or business may not create multiple accounts to avoid limits, enforcement, or payout controls.

Kairaxis issues a referral code and records eligible clicks through programme links. A displayed attribution window is the maximum period during which a later verified purchase may qualify; it is not a promise that every click or transaction will be credited.

Attribution may depend on the latest valid click, browser and device continuity, required cookies, account state, product eligibility, payment confirmation, fraud controls, and technical availability. Kairaxis may deduplicate, filter, correct, or reject events that are invalid, duplicated, self-referred, automated, manipulated, or not reliably attributable.

• Do not alter, obscure, iframe, redirect-chain, or interfere with Kairaxis tracking or destination pages.
• Do not use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, invisible placements, misleading buttons, adware, browser extensions, malware, pop-ups, or scripts that create attribution without a user’s informed action.
• Self-referrals, circular purchases, coordinated account activity, or purchases made primarily to generate commission are ineligible.

Your promotions must be lawful, accurate, current, and not misleading. You must clearly disclose your material connection to Kairaxis near each recommendation using language an ordinary audience will understand, such as that you may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.

You are responsible for your websites, channels, messages, claims, audiences, consent records, and compliance with advertising, endorsement, privacy, email, platform, consumer-protection, and competition rules in every place you promote.

• Do not make unsubstantiated performance, income, safety, compatibility, scarcity, pricing, or endorsement claims.
• Do not impersonate Kairaxis, a publisher, or another person; use confusing domains, handles, marks, layouts, or official-looking communications; or suggest exclusive, certified, or guaranteed status without written permission.
• Do not send spam, buy or scrape contact lists, target children, promote through unlawful or harmful content, or bid on Kairaxis brand terms in paid search without written approval.
• Use Kairaxis names and approved assets only to identify the programme or destination product, subject to our brand rules and revocable permission.

The product card shows the commission rate and attribution window offered at the time of an eligible click. Unless transaction terms say otherwise, commission is calculated on the successfully collected product price excluding taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, processing costs, currency conversion, disputed amounts, and amounts not retained from the buyer.

Rates, eligible products, windows, and programme rules may change prospectively. A publisher may disable an offer. Kairaxis may cap commissions, exclude products or channels, or apply special campaign terms disclosed before they govern later activity.

• A click, dashboard event, pending entry, or estimated amount is not an earned or payable commission.
• A commission becomes payable only after payment succeeds, applicable review and return windows expire, required verification is complete, and the transaction remains eligible.
• Kairaxis records control in the event of a reasonable discrepancy, subject to correction of demonstrated errors and non-waivable law.

Payout timing, thresholds, supported methods, currencies, fees, and verification requirements will be shown in the programme or payout provider before they apply. You authorise Kairaxis and its providers to deduct fees, withholding, offsets, reversals, and legally required taxes from amounts otherwise payable.

Kairaxis may delay, withhold, offset, cancel, or reverse commission associated with refunds, cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, self-referral, policy violations, sanctions, legal process, negative balances, technical errors, duplicated attribution, or publisher non-payment. Reasonable risk reserves may be applied where permitted.

• You are responsible for your income, business, sales, and other taxes except amounts Kairaxis must withhold or remit by law.
• You must keep payout, tax, identity, and contact information accurate and complete requested verification.
• No minimum earnings, conversions, availability, reach, programme duration, or payout is guaranteed.

Kairaxis may monitor links, traffic quality, public promotions, referrals, conversions, devices, accounts, and payment signals to operate the programme, prevent abuse, and enforce these terms. You must keep sufficient records of placements, claims, disclosures, consent, and traffic sources and provide them promptly on reasonable request.

You must not manipulate dashboard metrics or attempt to discover, bypass, reverse engineer, or defeat fraud, attribution, security, rate-limit, moderation, or eligibility controls.

You may stop promoting products at any time. Kairaxis may suspend links, freeze review or payout, remove attribution, or terminate participation immediately for suspected fraud, security risk, material breach, legal or payment-network requirements, harm to users or publishers, or conduct that could damage Kairaxis’s reputation.

After termination, you must stop using programme links, marks, and promotional materials. Valid commissions finally approved before termination may remain payable, but Kairaxis may continue reviewing or reversing affected transactions. Sections concerning records, payments, taxes, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and enforcement survive.

The programme, links, attribution, dashboards, products, and metrics are provided as is and as available. Kairaxis does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, any placement, result, conversion, revenue, commission, or product availability. The disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Service apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kairaxis, its affiliates, publishers, payment partners, and their personnel from claims, losses, penalties, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your promotions, channels, audience data, claims, legal non-compliance, breach of this Agreement, or infringement of another person’s rights. Kairaxis may control the defence and settlement; you will cooperate and may not impose an obligation or admission on a protected party without consent.

Kairaxis may update this Agreement prospectively for legal, security, fraud, payment, programme, or commercial changes. Material changes will be identified through the Service or account contact where required. Continued programme use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
